Did it erase every symptom? Absolutely not. But my hot flashes and sweats eased up a bit, and that alone felt like a small victory. The real plot twist was the sleep. I actually slept. Through the night. Like a functioning human being. That alone made me want to write a thank-you note.
So no, this is not a miracle in a bottle. But it does make a noticeable difference without any side effects trying to ruin my day. If you are looking for something gentle that takes the edge off, this is a solid option to try.
