I waited until my hair was in dire need of a dry cleansing. I am used to using Batiste dry shampoo (spray), so I first worked the foam into my roots. I didn't feel like it did as nice of a job as the dry shampoo does. I have naturally curly hair, that I straighten. When I applied it to my roots, I noticed that my hair did start to curl a little, so it wasn't as "dry" as I had hoped for & felt that it did leave a little bit of a residue if used in significant quantities.
What I did like about this product over the usual dry shampoo though, is that it can be used down the length of your hair. I used a smaller amount & just lightly ran it through the rest of my hair to refresh it & give it a nice smell (it smells amazing!). Using it this way seemed to leave no residue & did not make my hair go curly.
I love how easily the product comes out & foams up. I would recommend this product to be used in conjunction with Batiste dry shampoo for roots, and the foam for the rest of your hair.

On a recent trip to Costco, I was excited to get already cheap pizza on sale. I hoped this would be my go-to answer on those evenings when exhaustion takes over & you just want something simple & quick for dinner. Unfortunately, this pizza was a huge let down. Usually Costco brands are great, but this one left a overly salted film in my mouth. I couldn't even finish my portion & my husband felt the same. What a shame. At least Costco has a fabulous return policy! -

So many lotions out there claim to moisturize well without leaving a greasy film. It seems that only one of those claims can be true on most of the lotions I have tried. I am left feeling under moisturized or am left with a greasy film, that I would be embarrassed if anyone would touch my skin. Vaseline finally hit the jackpot with this one! It moisturizes all day just as it says and soaks in without leaving any residue! On top of all that it is fragrance free. More and more people I know are becoming highly sensitive to smells & scents. I do my best to not add to the problem, so I love that I can still wear moisturizer & be scent free! Love this product & since I can get it at Costco, it is an awesome value!! -

I used to clean my floors on my hands and knees every week. That was the only way I felt they were clean. Due to a back injury, that was no longer an option. My husband bought me the Bissell Powerfresh Steam mop as a solution. I had tried a different brand before and felt it did not meet my expectations.
The Powerfresh mop is lightweight, cleans right up to the baseboards, steams on its own without having to press any buttons or triggers. It is easy to fill & holds enough water to do all my floors at once. It has an extra scrubby foot that flips down, I find just a light press with the foot on this part really helps for stubborn spots. The 3 steam settings allow me to adjust the heat for different floor sufaces. We have vinyl planking that can handle the highest level, but our laminate is better with the medium setting. I love being able to clean with steam, it feels good knowing everything is sanitized without chemicals. The Powerfresh mop does a fabulous job cleaning!
It is a little more work making sure the floors are well swiffered first to get rid of debris as the mop doesnt pick up much more than just dust.
I love my steam mop, however after just over a year or so, it stopped creating steam & would leak water, burning my feet. I eventually caved and bought another one. I did keep the fill cup from my old one, hoping that if/when this new one breaks down, it will be an easy fix.

I have very long (almost to my waist) thick hair. It is supper curly and frizzy and a little coarse if left to it's own devices.
I was skeptical when I bought these. I thought I would be returning them for sure. I have tried other products that claim to curl your hair without heat. They have curled my hair, but left the kink in the hair, frizzed up the ends or left me at the mercy of whatever style the curlers gave me.
The first time I tried sleep styler, I was impressed with the big bouncy curls I got. I had wrapped my hair around it tight enough that it was smooth.
This product says on the instructions that it takes practice to get the curls you want. This is true. While I was impressed the first time, I realized that there were some issues to resolve the next time. It doesn't get right to the root of your hair, so I pulled my hair back while wet & gelled those areas to have them dry smooth. I also made an effort to wrap my hair around each curler in the same fashion, twisting my wrist on one side, resulting in vintage Hollywood waves! I love that with The Sleep Styler, you can control how you want your curls to look.
I have had so many compliments and questions on how I got my hair to curl so nicely since using The Sleep Styler. It's been getting easier each time. They are "marshmallow soft" as it claims and are comfortable to sleep in. I preserve my curl by pinning my hair up each night until the next wash & set with sleep styler.
I managed to get mine for 50% off, so it was a good deal. Regular price said $40 for 8 of the large ones. I do have an insane amount of hair, but 8 seem to be just enough to get by for me. If it came with 2 more it would be perfect, but I still manage to get fabulous results. I'm sure for most people 8 would be just perfect.
I recommend The Sleep Styler to everyone! Follow the instructions & practice :)

A lot of people, myself included, have "chicken skin" or little red bumps that look like goosebumps on the back of their arms. Sometimes it can be on the upper outer thigh. I've tried so many different lotions and products over the years...even resorted to using makeup to cover it when it was really red.
With summer approaching, comes the anxiety of sleeveless tops and the back of my arms looking red and horrible, but not anymore! I've been using Bio-Oil on my arms daily for the past few months. I use just a few drops so it soaks in right away so I don't have to worry about it coming off on my clothes. I followup with my regular lotion & voilla! No more red bumps! I can now wear whatever I want without being self-conscious about my arms!
I buy mine at Costco, so you get more for your money. Even then, it can be a little pricey. However Costco does put it on sale every now & then...and it does last a while. Besides, in the long run, can you really put a price on self-confidence?
10/10....will definitely buy again!
