Oh my, the taste of this is out of this world! I have tried different varieties of Sahale snacks and so far, there is not ONE that I do not like. This almond vanilla latte nut bar is so delicious and satisfying -- I typically have it at my "hungry" time at work (3pm) and it holds me over until dinnertime. -

I have been a smoker (pack per day) for over 20 years. I have finally made the decision to quit for the last time -- mostly as a gift to my young boys -- who hate seeing me smoke. I started taking Chantix (with my doctor's prescription) and so far, the only side effects that I have are very VIVID dreams at night. Otherwise, I feel fine. My quit date is February 16, 2016 and I am supposed to take this for a little bit before my quit date to get the medicine into my system. I will update after I quit :-) -
