First I have to thank the great teams at @weliva_ca and @thisisbutterly for giving me the opportunity to try out this product at no cost in exchange for my honest review.

At my age some of us begin to feel the strong effects of perimenopause (can be a taboo subject I know) and I have been looking for a natural hormone free option to help ease some of these symptoms. When the opportunity arose to try Weliva Cimidona I jumped at it.

For the past 6 weeks Weliva Cimidona has been my go to and for some of my symptoms it’s been a game-changer. The night sweats and hot flashes that used to disrupt my day (and night) have significantly eased, and I’m finally getting more restful sleep. I love that it’s a natural, hormone-free option—I feel confident knowing it’s gentle on my body. Weliva has truly helped me feel more like myself again, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend it to anyone navigating perimenopause or menopause!

Something to note, I only started feeling some of the symptoms ease after about 3 weeks of daily use, but it was definitely worth it!
