I’ve been using these activated charcoal capsules for a while now, and they really help. I usually take them when I feel bloated or uncomfortable after eating, and the relief comes pretty fast. My stomach feels lighter and calmer.
I like that they have no side effects and that they are made from natural ingredients. The capsules are small and easy to take, which is a big plus, as I have problems with swallowing.
