My rating is zero!!!!! I spent an enormous amount of money in this salon for a cut and colour because I allowed my stylist to upsell me an entire line of products. My mistake. Turns out I wasn't happy with the results which happens sometimes...   +

My rating is zero!!!!! I spent an enormous amount of money in this salon for a cut and colour because I allowed my stylist to upsell me an entire line of products. My mistake. Turns out I wasn't happy with the results which happens sometimes. The owner however, wouldn't stand behind the products his staff person sold to me and accused me of making my hair look bad the day that he was to assess it. They are quick to take your money, to prey on people wanting to look better and feel better. I should have known this was a bad salon when every time I've walked in there I saw five stylists just standing around. I guess that's why they have to push the products so aggressively.

My second mistake was not doing my homework before my first appointment and looking for reviews on line. I was shocked to find a ton of people have also been ripped off by Jason Michaels salon. The owner was so slick when I got angry I knew he had done this before many times.

Do yourself a favour, seriously, go somewhere else.
