I don't usually buy bars as a meal replacement as I pefer to have a real meal. However, I do like to keep some bars on hand for those days when I am running to the gym afterwork and it is too early for dinner. The bars were a good size and the flavour was similar to other bars out there. They had few cereal crisps thorughout. They are very chewey so not somehting you are going to eat quickly. For my puposes they were fine.

First of all I really did not know what to think of this product. The instructions state to use it in the morning with breakfast. So I did mxing it in with juice. The taste was fine. I just didn't notice any visabile difference in my energy levels. I don't usually need these types of products in the mornings as my coffee usually does the trick. I would prefer to us it in the afternoon when I hit my slump. I am going to keep at it and try it in the afternoons to see if makes a differnece and will update my review if necessary.

I have been using this product for about a week and already I am noticing a difference in my skin. The texture is smoother and firmer. You can see a noticible difference in my feelings be lines and wrinkles especially on my forehead. The texture of the product is nice and thick and goes on n smoothly. A little goes a long way. I do not know how I have lived without it!

I was a nurse about how effective this would be as you use it in the shower. I was pleasantly surprised! It had a light scent and a very creamy texture. My skin feels soft and smooth hours later. This was the first time using an in shower moisturizer and we not be my last. The only concern is the warning that it could make your shower floor slippery. Mine wasn't too bad but I was very mindful to rinse it well. Great product!

I love the soft scent that is not overpowering and the best part is I don't have to worry about it hurting his eyes due to the tear free formula. He calls it his baby shampoo but I think it is great for all kids young and old. It leaves his hair feeling soft and clean. -

I was a little unsure about this product at first as I was not sure how effective it would be. However, after using it for a couple of weeks now I don't know how I lived without it. It removes so much more make up,than my other make up remover and leaves my skin feeling fresh and so clean.

I love the soft feel of this moisturizer. It has a very pleasant light scent. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and have noticed such a difference in my skin texture and colour. My skin is smoother and looks more even and brighter.

This product was a great makeup tool! I loved how it can be cleaned and reused. It is very smooth and makes putting on the foundation a dream. I followed the "Pro Tip" and wet the sponge first and took off the extra moisture with a towel before applying the foundation to it. This Tip was great. The look was flawless and smooth without being cakey looking.
