I tried TheraBreath Whitening Mouthwash and was pleasantly surprised. It has a fresh, minty taste and kept my breath fresh for hours. While it is alcohol free and non burning, I did feel a slight tingle but nothing uncomfortable. I like that it is peroxide free yet still helps with whitening. Anything that can brighten my smile without harsh ingredients is a win. It is gentle enough for daily use and does not dry out my mouth like other rinses. Overall, it feels like a smart dentist formulated option if you want whitening with long lasting fresh breath.

The packaging on this was really impressive, setting high expectations. Unfortunately, the liquid inside didn't live up to the hype. The flavor was overwhelmingly sweet and had an almost artificial taste, reminiscent of a fake apple pie. It lacked any authentic apple notes, which was disappointing. Definitely not the comforting and genuine taste I was hoping for. If you're looking for a natural apple flavor, this isn't it. Drink responsibly.

The Blonde Bombshell tones my hair beautifully, and while it took a try or two to perfect the lather, it’s been amazing since. The scent is gorgeous, and the bars are travel-friendly without hogging space. Plus, the case doubles as a soap dish—so clever! I’m obsessed with the packaging (solid 10/10), and the brand’s values make me love it even more: Indigenous-owned, ethically-driven, women-led, and proudly Canadian. Oh—and there's a super helpful quiz to find your perfect match.

A little goes a long way, which is great, but there’s a very fine line between just enough and too much—using too much can leave your hair greasy. The serum has a pretty strong scent, which might be overpowering for some, though it does fade after a while. Overall, it’s a great product for adding shine and softness, especially if your hair needs a little repair, but definitely start with a tiny amount and build up if needed. -

I've been using the PanOxyl Acne Banishing Body Spray for a few weeks now, and it’s been great for targeting tiny keratosis pilaris (KP) bumps on my arms and back. The 2% salicylic acid really helps exfoliate and smooth out my skin. I love how easy the spray is to apply—especially on hard-to-reach areas—and it absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky or greasy residue. The added ingredients like niacinamide, vitamin C, witch hazel, and aloe are a nice touch, offering some calming and brightening benefits. However, the biggest downside is the overpowering alcohol smell. It’s so strong that it’s actually hard to breathe when applying it, even in a well-ventilated room. If you’re sensitive to scents or have respiratory issues, this might be a dealbreaker. Overall, it’s effective and convenient, but I really wish they could tone down the harsh chemical scent.
