I use this sweet almond oil for several things including as a carrier oil for a variety of essential oils. It is virtually scent-free, and contains no dyes or perfumes, which makes this oil ideal as a carrier. One of the things I use this oil for is a base for burning with other essential oils. I mix twelve drops of essential oil to one ounce of sweet almond oil for a wonderful scent.
It also has numerous body benefits. It evens and tones the complexion, and quenches dry hair with a fast-absorbing quality. This is my staple oil for after shower body nourishment. Whether you are looking for a great carrier oil, or an after bath body nourishment, this oil is the perfect all-around oil with many uses.

This Luxxx shaving cream is hands down the best shaving cream I have ever used in my life. It has an amazing scent, and provides the base for a mega close nourishing shave. The price seemed a bit high to me at first, but after using it for a month I realize that it averages out to the same price as canned and pressurized shave creams because it lasts 5 times as long. A little of this cream really does go a long way. -

I was hesitant to buy IQ and actually had bareMinerals in my cart when I landed on the IQ sample page and read the reviews. I have been a Bare Escentuals wearer for a long time and have tried some other knock-off mineral powders such as Maybellene, what a joke those turned out to be. Today my IQ makeup came and I will break down the differences between bareMinerals and IQ for you.
Overall the final look achieved with both are just as stunning. IQ stays put much longer because it is not as fine as bareMinerals. It is only a tad bit heavier; however, it absolutely leaves no creasing, and is not noticeable at all as long as it is applied correctly. The bareMinerals foundation jars have smaller holes which filter the powders better; therefore, the IQ foundation tends to pile on top of the jar due to the larger holes in the bottom. Since the IQ foundation is already a tad bit heavier, having a mound of it to work with can be challenging. To avoid this problem place a cotton ball in the top of the jar when you are not using it so the powder doesn't seep from the bottom to the top. When it's applied, tap the jar gently and apply a small portion to the brush at a time. I've found these results to leave a natural, healthy overall look. Nobody will be able to guess if the final result is bareMinerals or IQ!
The only dissapointment to me is the mineral veil. bareMinerals kicks the pants off of IQ's veil. When the IQ veil is applied it just stays where you set the brush instead of floating down your face like the bareMinerals veil. It does leave a nice finished look however, so it's not a complete disappointment. It does a good job at "finishing" the look, but it just isn't the same as bareMinerals I will miss this.
I've struggled to find a good concealer to hide my dark eye circles. The IQ concealer is one of the best concealers I have ever used. It hides my dark circles, and blends naturally with my face. I wish I could purchase a larger jar of it! I prefer the IQ concealer to the bareMinerals concealer. I was not impressed with the bareMinerals concealer at all. It did not blend naturally with my skin tone, and did not completely cover my circles. IQ wins this round.
The IQ eyeshadow is stunning. It is mucho perfecto! The neutral color is lightly sparkly and vibrant. It does not crease, and lasts all day. It reminds me of fairy dust, and is great to use on top of pigmented shadows to leave a sparkling effect. This is my "go to" shadow for both casual and formal wear.
I read on the comments to order a shade darker as IQ runs light. I am glad I did. I have light-med skin and ordered the medium. It is perfect, and even came with one a shade darker too, for my summer tan! The IQ is hands down the best I've tried of any mineral makeup next to bareMinerals and ranks a very close 2nd. I will be using this from now on. Goodbye expensive bareMinerals!

I'm always on the lookout for high-quality products that meet the standards of others for a lesser cost. I'm thankful that I've found this in IQ.

I have tried so many concealers for my dark Italian eye circles. From super spendy and trendy to department store sticks... I have used them all, and I always come back to Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Double Face Perfector! It covers my circles on the darkest days, and enhances my complexion with the wonderful highlighter at the reverse end of the concealer. This duo does more for my eyes and entire face than the $60 tube of eye perfecting concealer collecting dust on my vanity.
After using this solely on my eyes for a year I've discovered that this duo is actually an entire face perfector. I am nearly 40-years old and I discarded my foundation, and use the concealer side of this perfector for spots, blemishes and imperfections. The concealer blends perfectly with my skin tone to create a natural glow. Following the application of the concealer I use the highlighter to streak two very small lines above each cheekbone, a small dab on my nose, a tiny dab on my chin and a small line above my lip. Walla - perfecto! Give it a try! The highlighter not only brightens the area it's applied to, it also minimizes flaws by refracting light which leaves a stunning radiance. This has been my daily routine for three years, and I will continue to use it until it no longer exists. It is the perfect combination!

I suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome caused by an autoimmune disease, and in the month that I've been using this Lightphoria light, it has improved my tiredness and fatigue more than any of the numerous natural supplements I've taken have. It is not a cure-all, and I am still tired sometimes, but any improvement is a huge improvement for me. I've found that of the three light settings, the middle setting works best for me. When the strongest light setting is on, I continuously squint from its strength. The medium strength light creates a wakeful, yet peaceful glow that is non-irritating.
This light sits perfectly on my coffee table, at just the right angle, so I can wake-up slowly on the couch every morning. I love that it doesn't take up much space, and leave it on my table ready to go at all times. I enjoy showing it off to guests any chance I get because I am so grateful for what its done for me, and highly recommend it for anyone who suffers from fatigue.
