I find this PediaFer Iron supplement easy to administer to young children as it comes with a dropper with clear marking. Iron supplement is supposed to help with oxygen transport within the body and help with brain development. Some days when my baby isn’t eating as much food then I will add this iron supplement. -

This is my first time trying a whitening mouth wash. I generally enjoy using this TheraBreath mouthwash. It isn’t too strong like it would burn my tongue. The taste keeps my breath fresh for quite some time. While I have yet to see the true whitening power of this mouthwash, I still feel good after using it. I think it would still be nice to pick this over its other mouthwashes that specializes on different cares and to supplement your teeth whitening routine.

I enjoy using the Blue Lizard mineral sunscreen. Usually mineral sunscreen means that it's physically helping to block the UVs and so would feel more heavy and leave a white cast but this one isn't too bad, though you will have to take some time to rub it in and let it set. I like that it has organic aloe in it and water resistant. Also it should be less harmful to the ocean and the environment.

I take these Swiss Natural ChoLessterol capsules to help with my heart health. These capsules aren’t too big and easy to incorporate to my daily routine since I’m used to taking a bunch of vitamins and supplements. I also like that it’s natural based with no artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners or preservatives. Doing everything I can to maintain a healthier lifestyle!

Our doctor recommends us to give the baby vitamin d every day. We like to use this PediaVit Vitamin D3 drop since it's easy to use. The vitamin droplet comes out pretty smoothly. I put it onto the bottle nipple for baby to take every day. Easy peasy and can satisfy the daily intake requirement. Definitely will keep using it. -

Finally an acne product that is easy to use for body! My back suffers from some blemishes, blackheads and tiny pimples and so the PanOxyl Acne banishing body spray comes in handy in spray format. It has 2% salicylic acid which is commonly used to treat pimples. The mist comes out evenly. But since my blemishes at the back has been around for sometime they are pretty stubborn so I haven’t seen my back fully clear up yet. Will continue to use though.

I still remember the first time I experienced a heartburn. I was confused and scared about such an unpleasant sensation. Since I have quite weak and sensitive digestive system, I still experience heartburn every now and then but it’s not very severe. And so I’m glad to try out the Esoph acid reflux therapy. Actually it works quite well. I didn’t find the taste too too bad. Quite easy to use, the sachet also makes it easy to bring with you. Overall a pretty good product. -
