Thanks to ChickAdvisor I was able to try this product. I noticed it improved my skin tone a bit - but I wouldn't say it was a miracle. I still look somewhat tired and the lines are still there. Definitely a small improvement though and that is a lot in my thinking. I like the gel-like texture, one small pump that goes a long way and no lingering smell. I like that it works well with my regular products. -

WOW WOW WOW - I cannot believe that something so wonderful exists! If you are not a sewer, which I definitely am not (I don't even know how to turn a machine on) or don't have a machine available, this is for you. I really don't need this product for myself. I am one of the lucky ones that don't have to constantly hem new pants for being to long. Although it will be great to have on hand for the times that a hem is unraveling. However, my mother-in-law is another story. Every pair of pants she buys goes to the Tailor for hemming. Luckily she had 3 pairs waiting to go in to get hemmed. She was very leary about us trying this on her new pants, but we were able to do a pair for a trial run. The end result was a very happy mother-in-law and now we will be doing her pants ourselves.
It is very easy to do in theory - but can be a problem if your hem isn't quite right or you get the adhesive stuck on your fingers. Read the instructions carefully and follow them. Even though it says to wash in cold water and you can dry in low temperature - the pants we did were hung to dry. I believe the strips are strong enough to last a very long time if looked after properly. The price of $7.99 for 30 strips is a bargain for someone that is always taking clothes in to be hemmed. You just need to have the patience to do it yourself.

I don't know what I was really expecting when thinking of the Easy Fix Button - but it wasn't this. The pin looks a bit industrial to me, but then again you don't have to worry about it not working. Easy - you couldn't get any easier than this though. It is ideal to have on hand for quick fixes on the go. It is something I would keep on hand while traveling. I would just swap out the buttons supplied, with buttons that match what I am wearing. Thankfully I do not wear that many buttoned shirts.
It is very pricey at $7.99 for 4 pins, 2 white (more clear) buttons and 2 grey (dark) buttons. If you can get more adhesive and keep reusing the pin - then it makes it more affordable.

Adjustable Hem Tape by Scotch Essentials - WOW what an invention! Imagine being able to buy a pair of pants and have them the right length for both flats/sandals and heels. Buying pants for both lengths meant having them drag on the ground without heels and becoming dirty and unsightly. That is now a thing of the past.
With adjustable hem tape you use the double sided tape for temporary hemming. Takes a bit of time to get everything even, especially if you are super picky, but has great results. Don't forget to remove the tape before washing/dry cleaning or ironing and there will be no permanent damage. It is a bit pricey at $9.99 for 24 strips, but well worth it for the convenience and damage control for pants. Depends on how much you would use them.
I only tried it on pants - however, I can see it would be great also for skirts or dress' for changing up the style.
