I have been a customer for 3 years with no problems. Recently I received my flake off order. The formula has been changed. The new formula is ineffective. I had to use several times with polish left on . In addition it took off a layer of my nail. I am ver disappointed. I contacted corporate and received no help. They just acknowledged my e-mail.    -
