I love it how it is actually scent free and non greasy after application. This cream was quite gentle and moisturizing. I have extra dry skin though, so it can't keep me moisturized for too too long until I'd have to reapply again. If you have more of a normal skin type, it should work pretty well! -

I usually massage it into my roots and works great between washes. Leaves your hair looking clean and fresh, and has a light scent to it but not unbearable. I always make sure to have one handy in case my hair needs a touch up when needed. -

Every time I intake anything dairy related I would get stomach pain and it would just be very uncomfortable. My friend recently introduced me to this supplement and it works wonders!
Instructions say that you can take 1 pill right before you need to eat or drink anything dairy related and it is suppose to help you soothe and break down dairy enzymes. Or, at anytime if you take 2 pills (post), it is suppose to help soothe any symptoms caused by lactose intolerance as well.
I tried this out myself and it does work! At first I didn't know the item I was eating had dairy in it...I felt an upset stomach instantly then quickly took a supplement and it immediately decreased my discomfort. Now, if I know I need to eat something dairy related, I will take 1-2 supplement first before my meal and I can enjoy all my dairy foods! I love it! =)
