I’ve been taking Swiss Natural ChoLessterol for about two weeks now, and so far, so good. It’s easy to add to my daily routine — just a couple of capsules with a meal — and I haven’t had any side effects at all.
While it’s too soon to see major changes in cholesterol numbers, I do feel a bit more balanced overall, and I like knowing I’m taking a step toward better heart health naturally. The ingredients are clean, and I appreciate that it’s a Canadian-made product.
Looking forward to seeing how it helps over the next few months, but so far I’m happy with the quality and how gentle it feels on my system.

I’ve tried so many sunscreens for my kids, but Blue Lizard Kids Spray SPF 50 is by far one of the best. The spray goes on easily and evenly without leaving a greasy residue, and I love that it dries quickly — perfect for squirmy little ones who don’t like to stand still for long.
What really impressed me is how well it holds up during water play and sweaty outdoor activities. My kids spent hours in the sun without getting even a hint of redness, and I didn’t need to reapply constantly like with other brands. Plus, there’s no overpowering smell, and it didn’t irritate their sensitive skin.
I also appreciate that it’s paraben-free and made with dermatologist-recommended ingredients. It’s a bit pricier than some drugstore options, but the peace of mind is totally worth it. I’ll definitely keep this in our summer essentials kit!

It dries pretty quickly and doesn’t feel sticky, but I did notice it can be a little drying, especially if you have sensitive skin. I started using a light moisturizer afterward, and that helped a lot. The scent is a bit strong at first, but it fades fast, so it’s not a dealbreaker for me.
Overall, it’s a solid product! If you’re dealing with body acne and want something convenient and effective, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.
