My daughter was so excited to open it up to begin playing with Gabby. It comes with 9 pieces: Gabby doll, removal apron for gabby, ‘baby box cat’, water brush, paint can, pad with water reveal label, and 3 chip art activity sheets.
We loved Gabby’s fun rainbow hair, and how easy it was to pose her arms (which move both in/out as well as up/down). My daughter loved using water to magically “paint” on the pad too!
The water reveal label came pre-attached to the pad and was slightly off-centre, but did not interfere with its use. Since it is a sticker, if children press too hard with the paint brush it will scratch off the surface of it, so kids may need supervision/reminders to be gentle while ‘painting’ on it.
The back of the pad has a little clip where the chip art activity sheets can be stored; although I’m not exactly sure what their purpose is…I’m assuming they’re meant to be play backgrounds, but since they’re just made of thin cardboard they’ll likely not last long in a house with young kids.

We normally don’t drink straight glasses of milk (except for our toddler), but when she asked for momma to have a glass with her, I couldn’t say no! Very creamy and fresh tasting, and I love that it has a longer shelf life than other brands of milk. It tasted the same as regular milk, but I love that it is easier for our bodies to digest! I was so excited to try my personalized shampoo and conditioner from Function of Beauty. My first shipment got lost and never left the USA, but they were kind enough to remake and resend my items again to me after I contacted them about the long wait time for delivery.
The shampoo and conditioner felt nice when washing my hair, but did not help with any of the things I selected. The smell (peach) also has a chemical-type after smell that thankfully doesn’t linger in my hair but doesn’t smell too good when washing my hair
