I like to use this cream after I've had an allergic reaction. It really soothes and moisturizes the skin without breaking me out or further irritating the skin. It is a bit heavy for an everyday moisturizer but if you have very dry skin it would probably work great for that. I also prefer the the one that comes in the tube as it is a bit more hygienic than the tub. -

When you use this don't shake it allow the product to settle and then stick a cotton swab in it and apply it to the pimple. -

If salicylic acid does work well for you and you're looking for something more natural you should give this a go. -

I put this on in the morning and within 2 hours my face was red and itchy and the next day it was a gross scaly mess. I do not recommend this if you have sensitive skin, it might work on someone who doesn't. I'm very glad i got this as a sample in a subscription and bag and did not pay for it with my own money as I am very disappointed. -
