I’ve tried several Chapman’s flavours before, including Vanilla, French Vanilla, and Cookies & Cream, so I was curious to see how this one would compare.
I was genuinely surprised by how accurately this ice cream captured the flavour of a classic butter tart. The ice cream was rich and creamy, with crunchy pecan pieces throughout that added a really enjoyable texture. It felt different from the more traditional flavours I’ve tried in the past and made for a fun and unique treat.
I also appreciate that it’s made with 100% Canadian dairy and still comes in a full 2L tub. Overall, this was one of the most unique Chapman’s flavours I’ve tried, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys butter tarts or is looking for something beyond the usual vanilla and chocolate options.
