I have been taking sambucol triple immunity gummies for a few weeks. The gummy while alittle firm to chew has a good berry taste. With 600 MG of vitamin c, elderberries and vit d this product really works. After a visit with the grandkids I usually end up sick with a cold and congestion but not this this year. I felt great. Highly recommend.
