Ancient Tribal Rejuvenating Cleanser
This cleanser can be used to wash your hair, remove makeup, clean your face or in the shower as a body wash. How versatile! It smells so good, a lovely light scent of chocolate and it leaves my hair clean, very soft and super shiny.
Ancient Tribal Rejuvenating Conditioner
I really liked this scalp and body conditioning treatment. It too smelt delicious, but not overpowering. The thick pudding-like conditioner absorbed into my hair quickly and washed out nicely to leave my hair soft and shiny.
My hair is not overly dry or damaged so I was a little concerned that I may find my hair weighed down or greasy from these two products. This was not the case at all - my hair has been feeling beautifully rejuvenated.

HopSee Inc. is a small company out of Garland, Texas, that was founded in 2005 by Lisa Baker and Ellen Persefield. Their first product Spa Towells is a unique portable body lotion in the form of a cotton towelette that looks a bit like a wet wipe.
Each towelette is individually packaged in a little foil packet, making it perfect for traveling or popping in your purse. It has enough lotion to moisturize your entire body.
Spa Towells states that it contains a "perfect balance of natural oils, conditioners and humectants to assist in reinforcing skin's natural ability to attract and retain moisture."
The only two comments I have are:
If you are environmentally conscious, the foil wrappers may put you off as they are not biodegradable.
I have been trying to figure out what the fragrance of this product reminded me of and for the longest time I could not think of it. I think I have it now...it reminds me of a tanning bed suntan lotion. It is not my personal fav fragrance but I think that consumers will like it. It just isn't the fragrance for me.

Recently I was in my favorite book store Chapters and was surprised to see several Cake products there. Now in case you are not aware of Cake, I am not talking about baked goods (though I do love a nice slice of cake), but a Canadian company that is taking North America by storm. They carry a sweet selection of bath and body products that are so unique, that they will definitely catch your eye.
It seems that the Indigo bookstore chain was one of the first Canadian retailers to feature Cake Beauty's much anticipated holiday collection, Bake me a Cake as Fast as you Can. Very smart.

Mint Cashmere Cream Candle
This decadent candle is scented with creamy peppermint and silky chocolate yummy and is 100% premium soy based. With a cotton and paper fiber woven wick, this candle will provide a clean burn lasting for 60 to 75 hours.
Why soy? Here is a little Lipstick tidbit for you: Soy wax is all-natural and not made from petroleum, like paraffin candles. Burning of soy candles does not increase the CO2 level in the atmosphere. They also last approx 50% longer than paraffin candles. One last benefit from me - scented soy candles distribute more fragrance. The incorporation of soybean oil lowers the melting point of the candle, which translates into cooler burning candles and faster scent dispersion.

Squalene has several beneficial qualities for the body. Elizabeth says “I wanted my hair to smell freshly-washed between showers. I tried to use eau de parfum on my hair, but not only was I worried that the alcohol would dry my hair, I also found that traditional eau de parfum and eau de toilette were too heavy and overwhelming when used on hairâ€.

Over the past year or so, I had been hearing quite a bit about Bare Escentuals and how wonderful their bareMinerals line of products were. I personally didn't fully understand the whole mineral aspect so never tried the products. It was when I saw that i.d. bareMinerals Foundation and i.d. Mineral Veil both won Best of Sephora 2006 that I began to take notice!
My skin had been acting up and was sore with breakouts - I was skeptical to try a new foundation on my skin for fear it would get worse. The product claimed to not clog pores or irritate the skin due to the fact it is made from pure, crushed minerals and is free of preservatives, talc, oil, fragrance and other harmful chemicals. Well why not give it a go!
At first I didn't really understand how to apply the product but I watched a really helpful video on Sephora and went to work. With just a very small amount of the bareMinerals I was able to cover my entire face. It felt very silky, infact it felt like I had not applied anything to my skin! Now that I am getting older I find that my skin looks a little flat, I liked that it gave me a natural luminosity.
