I am celiac and as this isn't a get out of free card for gluten, it did help with accidental digestion of gluten . I went to a family gathering and I ate some items that I wasn't entirely sure on. I am glad I took a pill before I left home. This didn't take all of the symptoms away but it did help lessen them. -
