Please be aware that this company feels it is ok to send and charge you for products that you did not order.In March 2020 I had ordered Daily harvest and Revive smoothies to try and avoid going to the grocery store in the height of NYC's pandemic. I did not like the Revive smoothies (Daily harvest was much better) so I put my account on hold (I would have cancelled but they do not have that option). Now they are saying that I didn't and that it was time for them to ship me a months worth of smoothies. They said I could have canceled the shipment before it is sent but I never received and email alerting me of a shipment. So I could not cancel it. They did this while I was on vacation for a week and I arrived home to a melted box of food on my doorstep. I had to throw it all away. I emailed the company to let them know that this was not authorized and the customer service I received was abhorrent. Basically they said sorry it's all your fault, you need to read our FAQ's, which are not terms and conditions. I have filed a fraud charge with my bank and asked them to block any attempts that Revive makes to charge my account again. -
