This was one of the better Ice Cream scoop that I have ever tried. It’s non stick, ergonomic, dishwasher safe the the best feature is the release button. My one pet peeve is when ice cream sticks to the scoop and I have to dirty another spoon or use my finger to release the ice cream. This scoop has a button the pushes the ice cream out. I love my new paderno ice cream scoop.    -
