This was a fantastic opportunity to cook alongside a professional chef Christine Cushing from the comfort of my own home. The cheeses used were great ( Halloumi, 5yr white cheddar, and Mascarpone), I will definitely fina an excuse to use them again...   +

The cheeses used were great ( Halloumi, 5yr white cheddar, and Mascarpone), I will definitely fina an excuse to use them again. The recipes were easy to follow, and delicious.    -
