I found this salon walking along King street on rainy summer, purely by chance. I was looking for hair place to fix ruined haircut. Every time I was asking for volume in other places, it was like "sure we can cut it and for volume you need it real short". I ended up with military cut, which made me depressed every time I looked into the mirror. Kristen was the only one, first in ten years, who told me truth: to get volume on you head, you need hair (hard to believe, right). She never promised immediate results, rather discussed a plan with me. The plan included gradual cutting some hair and cutting it in a way which allowed to create at least illusion of volume. Let me tell you, the products they use are amazing, hair looks healthy after coloring, and hair loss stopped too! Thank you Kristen! I am not retired army sergeant anymore!    -
