This was an excellent opportunity to try out a category of product I have been chopping at the bit to try. First off the product comes with excellent instructions. I needed to give it a fair shot to be able to complete this review and this took some time as I had trouble initially locating the product. I put it through the dishwasher top rack and it survived perfectly so no problem there. I tried out two different types of produce, on berries and one lettuce. Strawberries were first, they stayed fresh with sign of mould till day 5 when there none left! Second, romaine lettuce, I washed and dried it, chopped it and sealed it. Opened it throughout the week to use on sandwiches and it stayed crisp as the first day. Overall this product stands up, the only drawback is the price, I do find it a bit high other than that I have zero negatives to report. -

This amazing little frizz weapon has become my anti frizz go to product. I have been searching for a replacement to my previous leave in anti frizz that got discontinued at least a year ago and left me sad and fuzzy. The price is almost double my old brand but the fragrance of coconut it leaves behind kinda makes up for it. Bonus if you can get it on sale at a major retailer and match it with a coupon, then I stock up! All I can say is please Mr Marc Anthony wherever you are don't discontinue this amazing product, I beg of you on behalf of all us curly haired freaks! -

My review of the matching Dove Nutritive Solutions coconut & Hydration conditioner can be found here as well. So this is of course the second step needed to see the full benefits of this new product launch. Like its sister product shampoo the smell is amazing, light, fresh and crisp but doesn't linger. Unlike the scent what does linger is the conditioning effects. This product feels upscale in your hand, a little goes a long way and it blast my extremely curly thick hair with all kinds of moisture. Towel dried my hair and it was soft, and manageable and stayed that way for two days. This is not normal for my hair as I usually wake with very frizzy bed head! This one is a keeper :),

Dove Coconut Hydration Shampoo was well received by this reviewer, got this as part of a super sweet deal #gotitfree. Firstly the packaging, like all other Dove Nutritive Solution products this one as well has an upscale feel to the bottle. Next your are hit by the scent, wowzers, a subtle hint of coconut and lime that will not conflict with whatever fragrance you may want to wear on your skin later on. Now hit the shower, I have super thick, curly hair, lets just say it is not easily penetrable by one handful of shampoo. This time however it was different, one decent dollop of this rich shampoo and I had quite the lather on my head. It rinsed out easily and I could already fee a sense of hydration through my hair. I followed it up with the matching conditioner (review can be found here) and made my way out of the shower. Nothing but towel dried my hair and the results were awesome. To the touch my hair felt restored, refreshed and squeaky clean. This is my new "go to" hydration favorite, thank you ChickAdvisor! xoxo -

Yummy! This product does not let you down, buttery softness is how I would describe my skin. Almost so moisturising that you could skip the after shower slather. I really love the way the fragrance is subtle enough not to conflict with my actual scent of the day yet I can still tell it's there. The buttery effect is very luxurious feeling and comes across as though it should be much pricier. -
