My boyfriend uses this and sometimes i would use it because I really enjoy the scent that lingers on my skin. It's a solid bar of soap that doesn't melt away and it leaves my skin feeling clean.

I had the Apple + Cinnamon Oat Bowl, added some oatmilk and microwaved for 3 minutes. It was after I finished that found out there was cauliflower as an ingredient. I was surprised because I couldn't tell that there was cauliflower in the Oat Bowl. It was nice getting the additional benefits of the vegetable.

I usually apply on my face and my body after I come out of the shower. It doesn't cause breakouts! And in the wintertime, I use it to prevent itchiness from dry skin. I always have a bottle handy. -

I bought a full size Aussie Instant Freeze Gel from Kmart for about $4, which is a great value. When I squeeze the product out of the tube, it doesn't come out super sticky and messy. I'm able to rub the product between my hands and apply to my hair easily. Most of the gel will transfer to the hair. My hair holds up and looks very natural and not as if I had applied hair gel. I really like this and will buy again! -
