I only needed to use about a quarter size dollop on my long hair and it lathered up nicely ! The shampoo rinsed easily without leaving a residue in my hair . -

I absolutely love using lady speed stick , it has been a staple brand in our house ! I tend to perspire a lot so it's important for me to find something that gets the job done. Every so often I branch out to try something new but I always go back to my old faithful brand( lady speed stick ) because nothing works the same ! It is gentle even on my sensitive skin ( after shaving no burning sensation!) I would definitely recommend this product . -
