I received Swiss Natural Activated Charcoal supplements from Butterly to try and review.
I was excited to be selected to participate in this trial because I have used activated charcoal in the past.
As someone who is sensitive to A LOT of different foods this comes in handy and helps soooo much! I take 2 capsules about 30 minutes after eating, and I feel those uncomfortable symptoms creeping in. Within 30 minutes, they're working their magic, relieving gas, bloating, and discomfort i! It is made from 100% coconut shells, they're gluten-free, preservative-free, and clean - what's not to love? I would 100% recommend this product to anyone with food sensitivity and bloating issues.

I like how gentle this acne wash is. I like that it doesn’t leave your skin tight and dry. It has helped me have fewer breakouts and clearer skin.
