Just started following the Keto lifestyle in March, today I needed that bit of sweet to make it thru my day....Enter...Halo Top. It is sugar free, will fit into your macros, but more importantly it is ice cream. I found the texture creamy and satisfying, and I can eat the whole tub if I really wanted to. Do yourself a favor and if you are low carb, diabetic, or just want to eat a tub of ice cream, pick up a pint! -
