I was skeptical at first but really enjoyed it. The taste was great. Hope to try other flavors. Didn't taste chalky or leave an after taste. I would prefer a pill or gummy when I am on the run but drinking water is good for you so this is great. My husband who is also picky with tastes liked it as well. It's easy to stir in water and dissolves easily. Great refreshing drink and good for you as well.
