They're not as sweet as other gummies I have taken, but the flavor is still good. I was told by my doctor that I'm low on Vitamin D, so I'm glad these gummies provide Vitamin D. They contain as much Vitamin C as 8 oranges per day, plus the Black Elderberry makes them great to support the immune system.

the middle and base notes at the end of the day
