I received this and the almond sea salt flavour for free to review, and I was very pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed these, especially this flavour in particular. The salted caramel flavour is so decadent, but not overwhelming, and it has just enough chocolate to make it a great sweet treat. It honestly feels like you're having a sweet dessert-type treat, rather than a protein bar, which I really appreciate, having personally tried so many gross tasting protein bars. It was a great snack to have on days when I'm on the go and don't have time to have a meal. HIghly recommended. -

I normally really love vanilla protein shakes but on its own, this one can be a little sickly sweet, so I definitely recommend using this one to add in smoothies. It’s high in protein and will keep you full which is great when you’re on the go, however it’s not the best when you drink it straight like that.

I was surprised by how much I really enjoyed this product. It is very smooth and chocolatey, bordering on almost too sweet, so it really feels like you’re treating yourself except it’s only 160 calories!
It’s a great after workout treat or a on the go breakfast because it has lots of protein.
My only gripe is that it’s sweetened with sucralose and I try my best to avoid artificial sweeteners.

These are so good!
1) You need so little to get the impact your going for compared to regular food colouring
2) available in any colour imaginable and sold in convenient value packs with many colours
3) won't alter the consistency or flavour of whatever you add it in
I've used it in cake batter, icing and cookie dough with great results in all of them.
Definitely a must have for flashy cakes and beautiful decorations.
