As a biracial woman with thick coarse hair it is difficult finding products that are moisturizing enough. I have tried the lotion on four stages of my hair. I'll begin by saying this product smells really nice & has lightweight consistancy.
On dry hair before chemically straightening- combed through, within an hour my hair had a stiffness to it like I had used hairspray, crunchy with a light shine.
On wet hair before chemically straightening- combed through & air-dried. My hair was softer than on dry, light shine.
On dry hair after chemically straightening- stiff as a board!
On wet hair after chemically straightening- combed through & air-dried. soft with a light shine.
I also tested it against the heat of a flatiron on all four stages & each time my hair got stiff. Solid sections of hair like planks.
Overall a decent product, but if one has coarse hair it is somewhat a crapshoot. It may or may not work well for you. I would however definitely recommend this product to those who have finer hair like my son, who i also tried it on. He has long wavy hair & it was great on his, soft & shiny so it will not go to waste.
I hope this helps someone.

i really liked the way it looked on me, the price not so much. there is a solution to that though, mark has their own version (glossblossom) for way less(6.50) & it is just as good!

big clunky bottle & that brush was a bit too weird for me. i'm for the old-school soft bristle brushes. i must of dropped the wand in the sink i don't know how many times trying to apply this mascara, not too mention poked myself in the eyes repeatedly. as for the end result, no better than any other mascara imo. not for me. -

this is the only foundation i have been using for the past 3 years & i will never go back to liquids/creams. after suffering from severe acne for most of my life, i decided to stop piling on the makeup(to cover it up) & take a natural approach. this foundation did it for me! i no longer break out or have the redness & irritation i used to have. my skin is oily & this lasts even when the oil starts breaking through, i still look fresh. my only gripe is the price which is easily solved by buying new sealed jars off ebay. -

pros- affordable
good variety of colors
easy to use
cons- not enough pigment
a bit greasy for someone with oily skin
not long lasting
overall I was less than impressed with the shadowblast. although easy to apply, not much longer later it was sliding off my face & i had raccoon eyes. it might would work better with a good primer or perhaps on someone with non-oily skin. also you have to layer it on because it is not very pigmented despite how it looks in packaging.
