I've been diagnosted with IBS so it's harder for me to eat larger portions. I work out 3-4 times a week and I'm on a hyperproteinated diet (trying to gain weight), but reaching my daily protein intake goal isn't an easy task because I just cannot eat that much food without getting sick.
Boost is really helping me with my eating issues: I drink one in the morning and sometimes another one in the evening and I'm good to go! It increases my appetite for some reason (I think it should be decreasing your appetite but it just does the opposite for me), which in my case is something I really appreciate. It is also rich in vitamins and minerals so I don't even need to take those huge Centrum pills anymore!
The shakes are delicious (I love the strawberry ones too) and they don't leave an aftertaste or a pasty mouth like other similar products I've tried. I'm very satisfied with this brand and I highly recommend it!

I'm now addicted to this product and I dont leave the house without applying it! I really like the fact that it seems to accelerate the healing of my pimples too! I really recommend this BB cream for problematic skin!

Instantly cleanses heavy makeup and oily skin. I have tried a lot of products but let me tell this one is really effective! It really does what it promises: shrinks pores, removes all oil and makeup iInstantly. Face feels tightened, fresh and clean! I also lobe to leave it on my face for 2-3 mins to maximise its effects! Tingles just a little but really worth it (I have thick oily skin).
This is a very nice product with a reasonable AHA% amount in it (4%) for sensitive skin too!

Very weak facial cleanser if you have very oily/thick skin and wear a lot of makeup, but very cheap too (you get what you pay for I guess). It barely cleans my makeup foundation away, there's always makeup residue when i whipe my face with baby... +

I have to admit that I have a very oily skin. A lot of my friends with sensitive skin use this product and say they love it. I think it is just not strong enough for me.
In my opinion, ALL the non foamy cleansers out there are not very effective on extremely oily skin and heavy makeup.

I've been using this product for almost 5 years now. I originally bought it after my dermatologist recommended it to accelerate post dermabrasion/chemical peeling/laser healing.
I like this product because it seems to make my skin heal faster; but this new creamy formula is a little greasy for my face, so I use it on body (scratches and shaving scars).
For my face, I prefer the gel formula which gives me a less greasy effect.

This product is very light, made for sensitive skin. If you need a gentle facial cleaning without irritating the skin, this product is definately for you. It wont burn, even on inflamated skin.
In my case, I have an extremely oily skin so this product doesnt really do the job for me other than when I'm in a healing process of a dermatological procedure.
