This is really quick to apply but its not precise so you need to be extra careful when applying it. I didn't like how chalky it is. I'm still undecided if I like it. #gotitfree

I didn't really notice any anti aging changes in my hands and I applied this daily, it did leave my hands feeling soft.

NIVEA Q10 Firming Body Lotion

I really like this body oil it absorbes quickly and leavs my skin really soft and smooth. The scent is nice its not too strong and the oil leaves my skin with a nice sheen to it. I would highly recommend trying this if you never tried body oil... +

Sometimes I just want something quick when it comes to breakfast, that even pouring cereal seems like too much of a task. This drink made life easy in the morning when I was hungry but in no mood to spend more than a minute in the kitchen.
I like the chocolate flavour i used homogenized milk (whole milk) as that's what they suggested and it was very creamy and delicious. I guess you could use skim or 1% or 2% if you prefer that. I used my nutribullet blender to mix the powder in the milk and it was silky smooth and even thicker than if I just used a spoon to mix it. I suggest that if you had issues with it tasting like it didn't mix enough.
