I have mild eczema on my feet so I used this after getting out of the shower. My itchy and red feet were soothed almost instantly. I love that this is a thick cream and fragrance free so I know it won’t irritate the skin. I’ve used it a few times now and I can definitely say it helps my eczema a fair amount    -
