This is a really nice set of eyeshadows from the drugstore. The shadows are smooth and nicely pigmented and blend out quite easily. I LOVE the glitter that they add into the mix of eyeshadows, the formula of the glitter is fairly dry in comparison to the shadows and the primer in the set and really is like a pressed glitter. Over all I think it is well worth the money! -

I managed to pick this up for a really good price at Winners (the Canadian equivalent to TJ MAXX in the States and I am overjoyed that I managed to find it! The shadows are really great for every day and come in nice compact thin palettes that I would not mind traveling with. The shadows are smooth, pigmented and blendable and the kit also comes with the famed BTS mascara which is always a plus. If you can find this collection of palettes I would absolutely recommend for you to pick it up! -

I was looking for a new nude lip to try out and ended up grabbing this one when I saw it in stores I do really like the colour and the way it wears but there are a couple things that I wish were different. The applicator is quite small and dosen't pick up very much product which means it takes a little longer than normal to apply, but my least favourite thing about it is the scent. It's fairly perfumed and to the point where I feel like I can taste it when it is on my lips, it eventually goes away but it really is strong. Other than that I like the formula, it's super light weight which was really surprising to me, because it has really nice pigmentation without feeling like you're wearing anything at all. Overall I would say this liquid lipstick is alright, I really love the formula but other parts of it bring it down a little so although I will continue to use it I'm not too sure that I'll be repurchasing once I run out. -

I really like this palette for every day looks! I love using the mat colours as they create really beautiful natural eye looks for when I'm just going to class or heading out to run errands. Much like everyone else says, the shimmers don't perform as well as they look when they are finger swatched. With a brush and even when putting it on your eyes with your fingers you don't get a super metallic glittery finish on the eyes and is a more natural dispersed looking shimmer on the lids which can be frustrating if you want to build them up to be how they look swatched with fingers but to be honest I personally prefer the more dispersed shimmer look because it means that it is easier to make use of for every day. If you're interested in this palette for the shimmery shades because you think they'll be super glittery and stand out I would say to skip out on this palette because they don't show up like that on the lids, but if you are simply looking for an every day eye palette with nice mattes and some more "natural" looking shimmers this one is the way to go! -

I bought a holiday set from Sephora containing two of these covershot palettes (The Ablaze palette and the Sultry palette) and I have to say, I'm super impressed with them. The shadows are very nicely pigmented but blend wonderfully and each palette contains a good mix of matte and shimmer shadows. The small size is perfect if you want to travel with and the variety of colours makes it useful for a variety of looks. They aren't my absolute favourite palettes ever but I do really enjoy using them and find myself reaching for them quite a bit! -

This palette comes with 10 shimmer/metallic shades and 2 matte shades. The shimmer shades perform the best in my opinion, followed by the metallic ones and the mattes, but that’s how shadows from the drugstore tend to be in my opinion. The shimmer shades are absolutely beautiful, they are add such a pretty sparkle to your eyes I feel that if you really like adding a pop of colour or shimmer looks I would encourage for you to check out this palette because it can do absolutely that. Keep in mind that the majority of these colours are on the more dramatic side because they are fairly punchy colours, but if used in the right way I absolutely think they could be everyday wearable.
Overall If this colour selection is one that you enjoy I would say that it is a pretty good palette to try out. I really do enjoy the formula of these eye shadows, and would even go as far to say that those shimmery glittery shades outperform some of the glittery high end shadows that I own. If you like to use shadows that are more matte and subdued or on the cooler end of the spectrum I would say that you may want to skip out on this one because I don’t think you would get as much use out of it.

Recently I’ve been trying new types of products and liquid highlighters are some that I’ve discovered recently. I have oily-combination skin so I’ve always been wary of trying complexion products like blushes, bronzers and highlighters that aren’t powder. I saw these on sale at my local drugstore and I picked them up. Overall I’m really happy that I’ve managed to snag these up at the price that I got them for because they are well worth the money. Even at full price I would say they are well worth the money because these are the type of highlighters that I feel people can get use out of for every day when going to school or work and aren’t too crazy blinding. If you’re looking for a really blingy glittery highlight I would say that you may want to look elsewhere, however if you’re in the search for a really pretty natural highlighter that is noticeable on the face yet not overly reflective and metallic I would absolutely recommend it! -

I've been wanting to try a clay mask for a while now and decided to pick this up as it was on sale at my local drugstore and I'm really happy with it. I find that it draws out all of the extra oil that my skin likes to create especially around my nose area. After rinsing my skin feels refreshed and super clean! The only thing is that my skin also feels very dry afterwards so be sure to apply a good moisturizer when you're done. -

I already own the Sweet Peach palette and although I love that one, this one is a lot better for every day use because it comes with may more everyday wearable matte shades. The palette smells just as lovely as everyone says it was and the colour selection is perfect to grab and use without having to put much thought into it. The shadows are smooth and so pigmented and bendable, I absolutely love it! -

I've always loved to wear peaches, corals and pinks on my eyes, they've been my favourite kind of eyeshadow shades besides neutral colours for quite some time now and with this palette it has made it so easy for me to grab one palette, put it on and be out the door. There are really only 3 shades that can be considered "peach" but there are so many beautiful neutral shades to help you incorporate the more colourful shades into looks for every day use. The shadows are incredibly pigmented and they blend out wonderfully, plus the palette itself smells nice too! I don't find the scent to be overwhelming and just adds a little something extra to the whole application process. -
