I have discovered kickboxing and I LOVE IT! Only shy of 2 months in and I am already seeing great results – weight loss, increased strength and higher energy levels. For the first time ever, I look forward to my workouts – each one challenging and unique thanks to the amazing team of instructors. The community at our Vaughan location is AWESOME – you are part of a family that is very welcoming as well as supportive not to mention a lot of fun. I have been sharing my experience with everyone and encouraging them to try kickboxing but be forewarned – it is an addiction but one that is great for you!    -
