I've taken these every night since I received them and I have to say that other than the strong flavor, they seem to work great. I've taken Elderberry before, so I know that they are to help strengthen my immune system. With kids going back to school, I need all the help I can get. So far, everyone else in the house has been sick, but I have not. I would definitely recommend these to everyone.
