ILKB (Coquitlam) is one of the best decisions I have made in 2017! If you are looking for a new way to exercise this is the place! The staff are awesome and encouraging! They know their stuff and are always helpful! This is a great workout! No experience required! No judgement! The schedule is great! Easy to work these classes into my schedule! I always look forward to the next class!    -
