At one time I would never buy Maybelline, or 'cheaper make up but now I LOVE IT... sure my budget has gone from Dior but I think that is overpriced anyway. These days with so much competition and technology, Maybelline has really gone right up in quality and for the price I really like it. Also being of the 'mature' age of 44, I like a nice glow and good coverage. I also use their primer and it DOES make a difference. I am happy with the quality for the price.
I prefer it to revlon as I think that is overrated.

This is the best. Uncomplicated, cost effective and gentle. I have worked at various cosmetic counters In Australia, in skin care and make up, high end to lower and really, they are competitive, over perfumed and so over priced. I have tried them all. The whole range of Cetaphil is great. Though I do use wipes to remove my make up. -
