I’ve been diagnose with the high cholesterol and fibre was the one thing my doctor recommend the most. Since I don’t like any flavours and sweeteners Nature Fibre was my obvious choice.
What I like the most is a blend of five sources and they’re all organics with names that are ease to pronounce. .
Making Chia seed pudding with fibre is my favourite and the easiest way to incorporate more nutritions into my diet. I feel great, my gut is happy and hopefully my cholesterol will be lower at the next check up.
