I always find it annoying to get pimple patches off the film because it kind of sticks to my finger but this Nexcare brand has the tab for you to pull it off without actually directly touching the patch which I really appreciate. It really helps the gunk out and flattens your pimple- I usually wear overnight but you could definitely wear it in the daytime too as well.
