I like Mediterranean cuisine which means lot of stir frying, after trying different woks I must say this is the best one. Its 3 ply design is specially formulated for stir frying. It is compatible with all inductions. It is 9 cm deep which makes it perfect for everyday cooking. I enjoy cooking with my new Paderno wok. Definitely recommend to all great cooks. -
