I love dawn blue dish soap. I use it all the time O hate using the dishwasher so this is the perfect things to wash your dishes with. It gets all the grease off my dishes and I never have to rewash.

So after doing research to find if there was anything similar I found Biofreeze and seen it had really good reviews and decided to try it out. It cost more than icy hot but I love it a whole lot more. It works wonders. -
Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
I had weight loss surgery and the Chocolate flavor is really the only flavor I can drink without adding anything. But the vanilla one taste really good when you mix it with some coffee and add ice! Not to many things can sit well with my stomach but... +

Not to many things can sit well with my stomach but this mixed with coffee and the chocolate flavor really help especially since I have to have a certain amount of protein each day. -

I never drank protein shakes before I had weight loss surgery. I had to drink them before surgery and I loved all the flavors I tried. After surgery the only one that taste really good to me was the chocolate one. Premier Protein also has the most amount protein in each drink that I need to have per day. This is the only shake I can find that reaches that point and taste so good. -
