Lady Speed Stick 24/7 Antiperspirant & Deodorant
Come the end of the day I still smell like baby powder, so I would say this is very effective. Only complaint is that it is not black clothing friendly. Easy solution to that though just apply it after your clothes are on.

It is a bit pricey, but the amount of different looks that you can get from the one pallet and the quality of the eye shadow make it well worth the money. Spend 60$ and have well pigmented eyeshadow that will easily last a year, rather then spending 8$ or so every month or two buying only 2 or 3 shades in a drugstore compact that will not look half as good quality wise -
