Nature's Path Oatmeal - Apple Cinnamon
For being organic, the taste is the same as Quaker oats. I feel better about eating this product because there are less artificial ingredients. Tastes like the same great healthy oatmeal just organic!

Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal
So plain, yet so tasty. I have loved rice krispies since I was little - it's just a great product, you can eat it dry or with milk or make treats out of it. So versatile and healthy.

General Mills Multi-Grain Cheerios
I love love love this cereal - I eat it both with milk and without! It's a great morning meal or snack for throughout the day. If I eat it dry I usually put it in a baggie and munch on it throughout the day.

Maxwell House Original Roast Ground Coffee
Some days if I have time I actually prefer this coffee over Tim's, McDonalds, even Starbucks. It's actually so good for home brew - the price can be high but I usually stock up when it's on sale!

A great snack to keep you full, a bit messy but totally worth it, just make sure you have napkins! I love these bars there a great pick me up snack and there's 2 bars in each package so the amount will be enough for a snack!

I love all chocolate, this is one of my favourites! I love how you can purchase mini eggs year round. I love the hard shell exterior and the yummy milk cadbury chocolate interior of these eggies!

O.N.E. Coconut Water
This is not very good tasting coconut water, I've had other brands and it did not taste as bad, so I think its definitely the ONE brand that is nasty. I couldn't even fight it down after spending almost $3 on a tiny container. Will not be buying... +

Life brand mouthwash- fresh mint
This life brand is shoppers own brand and I think it is just as great, if not better than the other big named mouthwashes out there. The fresh mint flavour is best as it isn't too intense and has just enough minty flavour to keep your breathe fresh.
