The absolute worst. My stylist didn't show up for the appointment at all (this happened to three other people there)'; no explanation; no phone call, no receptionist. Nothing. Rude beyond belief. These people have to get offer themselves and offer...   +

The absolute worst. My stylist didn't show up for the appointment at all (this happened to three other people there)'; no explanation; no phone call, no receptionist. Nothing. Rude beyond belief. These people have to get offer themselves and offer customer service. Wasted an hour on transit there and back and 40 minutes waiting for someone to serve me. Unbelievable. Never again. I would give this a zero if I could.    -
