This Almond Supple Skin Oil from L'Occitane is giving hydrated, glowy, vanilla-almond goddess energy. It’s made with 50% almond oil (hello, moisture), is vegan, and smells like a warm hug with a side of dessert. It melts into the skin right after a shower. There’s no greasiness or stickiness, just pure satin. My skin’s been feeling so smooth; I lowkey keep petting my own arm. Stretch marks are still present, just minding their business and feeling much softer about it. A new little ritual that makes me feel way more put together than I actually am.

I really like these Black Elderberry Zero Sugar Triple Immunity Gummies. The flavor is great, and I like that they’re sugar-free while still tasting good. My brother is diabetic, so I think this is a great option for people who can’t really have sugar. I also like knowing they’re giving me an extra immune boost. The only downside is that they’re a little too sticky and chewy for my liking, but overall they’re a solid choice for daily wellness.

I’ve been using Promensil Double Strength Menopause Support Tablets for a little bit now and overall, I’m really happy with the results. The biggest improvement has been a noticeable reduction in hot flashes and night sweats, probably about 80% less than before. I’m also sleeping better and feel more emotionally balanced throughout the day. I like that it’s a natural, hormone-free option made from red clover, and the once a day tablet is easy to take with no weird aftertaste. The only downside is that it took a little while before I started noticing any real changes, so it requires some patience. It’s also a bit pricier than other supplements I’ve tried. Still, it’s been worth it for the relief I’ve experienced. If you’re looking for a more natural menopause support option and can give it time to work, I think this is a solid choice.
