The smell is similar to the shampoo and it does make my hair feel more hydrated when I use it. I don't think its better or worse than conditioners I have used in the past though

I think this is handy to spray on my body! Its so easy to apply and reapply. I haven't tried it long enough to know if this is effective though. Only thing is that you are suppose to eventually spray at least 1-3 times a day. A travel size version... +
